Point Blank
Point Blank is an award winning digital agency doing campaign work across politics, non-profits, and unions. As the scale and visibility of their work grew, they partnered with Common Point to sharpen their brand and strengthen how they show up publicly. The goal was to build a brand and website that matched how they actually work: fast, opinionated, and built for high-stakes moments.
We focused on bringing strategy, language, and design together into one clear system. The verbal identity leads the work, setting the tone and direction for everything that follows. From there, the visual system reinforces the brand’s point of view, prioritizing clarity and conviction over neutrality or polish.
The identity starts with the logo system. The logomark represents the two words in the name, replacing select letters within the wordmark while staying easy to read. Type and illustration extend the system, using taglines and language as the primary visual drivers. A restrained but confident colour palette anchors the system across touchpoints, and motion is used intentionally to guide rhythm and focus.
The brand launched alongside a new website, supported by motion, digital, and print assets. The result is a flexible brand system designed to amplify their voice while remaining unmistakably Point Blank.
